The rooms at West Zone Pearl Hotel Apartment were absolutely cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home with the well-equipped kitchenette, TV with satellite channels, and a seating area to relax in. It was like having my own little apartment in Dubai!

Personally, I found the selection of TV channels a bit limited. It's just my preference though, and others might still find plenty to enjoy.

The room is big and includes a clean bathroom.

The excellent service made my stay comfortable. the room was very clean, newly renovated, and had all the basics, like a sofa. the breakfast was great with a good choice of meals. Every staff member was pleasant and welcoming. the hotel's location near Al Attar Shopping Mall was favorable.

the hotel was big, with excellent and cooperative staff and easy location close to eveything in dubai. wonderful property, new-fashioned, unique rooms with all the basic requirements. location so close to three grocery stores, the shop and malls, and shopping mall & metro. good choice of food options not very far from the venue.

Wonderful and spacious rooms. Very well maintained and kept in good condition. Very good staff support and service.Good faciliteis Internet service is good but need to pay aed45 per day extra

Breakfast is really shocking. Some of the food is old and not much choice and even limited opportunity is not of high qualty

Towels... The towels were disgusting and were not fit for cleaning the floor. How much do towels cost? Why spoil a good hotel with something quite as basic as a towel?

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast choice was extensive , more than I expected. Rooms were cleaned regualrly and unlike some comments that I read previously our towels were very clean. It was a great choice for the price and good location

Nothing. I thought it was much better than some of the comments I had read and yes the decor may need some updating but for the price I thought it was an excellent choice and I would go again

The hotel was located really close to three grocery stores, Burjuman, and the Burjuman metro stop. Booked a room with stable wifi. - Everywhere was tidy.

No shuttle service available from or to the airport, No leniency in check out timmings
